What Youll Do

• Own the full sales cycle- from outbound prospecting and product demos to negotiation and close- with support from marketing and XDR
• Build and manage a pipeline within your assigned territory and segment prioritizing accounts strategically to hit quota
• Sell to a range of stakeholders - attorneys managing partners office administrators and IT decision makers while building consensus across the firm
• Develop a deep expertise in legal workflows (practice management billing compliance client intake etc.) and how our software solves for them
• Empower our customers by connecting our value proposition directly to customer ROI
• Build trusted relationships that go beyond the first sale - earning repeat business referrals and customer loyalty by understanding what matters most to your clients

About You

• 1 years of consultative closing-focused B2B sales experience (SaaS is strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
• Comfortable cold calling and turning conversations into pipeline
• Strong written and verbal communicator
• Self-driven with a genuine passion for sales
• Able to think like a consultant- helping prospects see their business differently
• Detail-oriented and energized by a fast-growing environment
• Ideally located in Austin TX (HQ) we work in a hybrid capacity!
