Requirements / Qualifications

The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for an Accompanist. Under supervision the employee is to play accompaniment for music classes and events. The employee will also serve as rehearsal and performance accompanist both in and outside the classroom and to do related work as may be a full description of the classification please review the job Park Unified School District offers an exceptional benefits package (medical dental vision and membership in the CalPERS retirement system).

Selection Process:The selection process tentatively consists of the District application review and interviews. The Human Resources Department will contact all applicants once the selection process has been finalized. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAny combination equivalent to graduation from high school and one (1) year of experience as an accompanist for soloists and/or LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATESPossession of a valid and appropriate California Drivers following must be submitted with your online application for interview consideration:

  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (2 Letters recent within 2 years must be dated & signed)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
