Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their home environment throughout Hudson County NJ.

Founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs ABS provides individualized in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children strengthen communication independence and daily living skills.

This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology education behavioral health or working with children.

What We Offer

$20 $29 per hour depending on experience and credentials
Flexible part time schedules after school and weekends
Consistent weekly hours with one student
Supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Behavior Technician Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a student in their home
Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Use ABA strategies such as prompting reinforcement modeling and redirection
Track and document student progress during each session
Communicate effectively with families and supervisors

Psychology
Applied Behavior Analysis
Special Education
Speech Pathology
Occupational Therapy
Experience working with children

RBT certification/ Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
