4th Grade Teacher (Maternity Leave)

Dates of Maternity Leave: October 26 - December 11 2026 (7 weeks)

Candidate must be student-centered and have the ability to work collaboratively with the grade level team to increase equitable student opportunities and outcomes through standards-based must encouragehigher level independent and creative thinking as well as problem needs to be able to implement best instructional practices through a culturally responsive lens via Humanities (Reading & Writing Social Studies) and STEM (Balanced Math Science Project Lead the Way) and be able to integrate technology into the must build an inclusive classroom community and commit toculturally responsive practices data analysis and excellentclassroom Candidate must also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills for family/community interaction.

Qualifications/Job Description:

• Current Indiana State Teaching License
• Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education
• Individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills
• Collaborate with Professional Learning Community to analyze data to guide instructional decisions
• Remain current in the latest educational research
• Perform other related duties as assigned
