- Assess and evaluate student performance providing timely feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and contribute to a positive school culture.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum to engage students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
- Address and support the individual needs of students including those with special educational requirements.
- Organize and participate in school events field trips and extracurricular activities that promote student engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification for elementary education.
- Experience teaching in a classroom setting preferably at the elementary level.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Proficient in utilizing technology for instruction and classroom management.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with staff.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
