Position Summary

As a Production Worker you will be a vital part of our daily manufacturing operations. This hands-on role that supports the production floor by handling end-of-line packaging general assembly tasks and basic quality checks. We provide full training for our specific manufacturing processes making this an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in production while enjoying a reliable weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Perform general tasks along the production line including accurately packing and sorting finished products.
• Material Handling: Assist in preparing workstations and moving materials safely throughout the production floor to keep operations running smoothly.
• Quality Assurance: Follow basic work instructions and utilize measurement tools (such as calipers and tape measures) to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment.
• Operational Excellence: Perform all tasks safely follow detailed instructions and maintain exceptional punctuality and attendance for all scheduled shifts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Prior manufacturing experience not required but preferred; we will provide full on-the-job training.
• Work Ethic: Exceptional dependability a positive attitude and a strong drive to learn new processes.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform active physical tasks throughout the shift.
