Were hiring a Full-Time Third Shift Security Officer for a client in Pottstown PA that provides important services to an underserved population. This is more than a typical security position. Youll work closely with the clients staff to help maintain a safe secure and supportive environment for the people they serve.

What Youll Do
Your primary focus will be exterior patrols observation communication and teamwork. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular exterior patrols of the property grounds parking areas and designated areas.
- Maintaining a visible security presence.
- Working in pairs as required by site procedures.
- Supporting the clients staff during challenging or difficult situations.
- Responding appropriately to disturbances security concerns and other incidents.
- Observing and reporting unusual or potentially unsafe activity.
- Helping maintain a safe environment for clients staff and visitors.
- Communicating clearly with client personnel and your security team.
- Completing accurate activity logs and incident reports.
- Following site-specific post orders procedures and client requirements.
- Obtaining and maintaining required certifications and clearances.

Required Site Certification
Employees must be willing to obtain Phazzer non-lethal CEW certification as required by the site. Training and certification must be completed to meet site requirements for assigned shifts.
