Job Description Summary:

A Quality Control TA will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability. You will be responsible for executing various testing procedures analyzing data and implementing quality assurance measures to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. Your attention to detail technical expertise and commitment to excellence will contribute to the continued success and reputation of Astemo.This role will focus on Quality Control in the Fuel Pipe Assembly Department on 2nd Shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Measure Parts for Quality
• Track and Analyze reject and Scrap Trends
• Participate in Daily Reject Meetings (RIP/PDCAGemba)
• Develops / Implements CMs for Quality Concerns (PDCA)
• Disposition and Confirmation of Product with Quality Related Concerns (Testing Analyzing and reporting)
• Develop & Maintain Quality Improvement Plan (organize update present)
• Develop Implement Work Instructions and Quality Related Standards
• Support Production Management with New Model Year Activity (Cpk study CAPs FMEA training Reject flow Trials)
• Understand Customer Requirements
