2nd shift Fabrication

Summary:

Responsible for the assembly of components for Plastics Fabrication Department. Cleans labels and boxes product in Plastics Fabrication Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Required to understand and follow all safety procedures
• Required to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentation
• Read and interpret blueprints whenever required by operation
• Perform fusion on all diameters and SDRs of PE Pipe
• Clean label and box products in department
• Other duties as assigned
• Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisor
• Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures at all times
• Required to meet or exceed production standards of all work centers daily
• Required to maintain quality standards on all products
• Assemble components as required by work instructions
• Support and participate in the overall EH&S programs
• Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality ISO 14001 Environmental and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements

• Knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within manufacturing environment
• Thorough accurate and works error free
• Able to select the proper component parts required for a work center
• Basic knowledge of all fusion machines in the department

• High School Diploma or equivalent desired
