Mid Day shift: 4p-12:30a plus overtime.

Start rate of $24.50 Overtime required as scheduled on all shifts.

Monthly Incentive Bonus based on performance

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure Inbound Shipments: Receive and register inbound shipments accurately ensuring all goods are accounted for.
- General Warehouse Duties: Perform various tasks to facilitate the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.
- Health Safety and Environmental Compliance: Support site management in following Health Safety and Environmental legislation completing necessary documentation and records.
- Order Resolution: Resolve orders that cannot be dispatched or are on hold liaising with other departments to find solutions.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack goods ready for dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Policy Adherence: Strictly follow Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies procedures and requirements.
- Attendance: Maintain regular and reliable attendance to support our operational needs.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the team.

Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center role.
- Skills: Outstanding attention to detail ability to work collaboratively and strong problem-solving skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects stand for extended periods and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Certifications: Forklift or other equipment operator certifications preferred but not required.

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $30.15

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
