2nd Shift Cycle Count Group Leader

Job Summary
Current working schedule 2:00 to 10:30pm Monday through Thursday. Fridays 1pm to 9:30pm. Schedules are subject to change per operational needs.
Overtime opportunities as needed.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the cycle count team including assigning work providing training coaching and support.
- Lead inventory control efforts by performing cycle counts audits and ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies identify root causes perform recounts when needed and help implement corrective actions.
- Monitor team performance and maintain high standards for productivity accuracy and quality.
- Inspect inventory for proper storage and physical condition reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate cycle count records complete required documentation and follow all warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Support operational needs through special projects additional warehouse duties as assigned and overtime when required.
For This Role You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of cycle counting and/or warehouse experience
- ERP system experience
- Forklift license and/or experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
- Basic Excel skills (Bonus for VLOOKUP and Pivot Table experience)
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
- Work from floor level to 15 ft.
- Work in a seated or standing position for long periods of time
