2nd Shift Cycle Count Group Leader

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the cycle count team including assigning work providing training coaching and support.
• Lead inventory control efforts by performing cycle counts audits and ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies identify root causes perform recounts when needed and help implement corrective actions.
• Monitor team performance and maintain high standards for productivity accuracy and quality.
• Inspect inventory for proper storage and physical condition reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate cycle count records complete required documentation and follow all warehouse safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Support operational needs through special projects additional warehouse duties as assigned and overtime when required.

For This Role You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of cycle counting and/or warehouse experience
• ERP system experience
• Forklift license and/or experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
• Basic Excel skills (Bonus for VLOOKUP and Pivot Table experience)
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 35 lbs. regularly
• Work from floor level to 15 ft.
• Work in a seated or standing position for long periods of time
