2nd Shift Assembly Team Lead

We are currently seeking a Team Lead to join our 2nd shift to support daily operations in our baggage door this role you will lead the team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and oversee router press brake and assembly processes.

You will be responsible for hands-on work as well as leading the team to meet production quality and safety goals.

The right person for this position will have excellent communication and decision-making skills the ability to self-manage and multitask and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Prior experience in manufacturing processes is preferred. If this sounds like you then apply today!

Shift: 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:00pm

Job Requirements:

• Lead coach and support a team of approximately 10 team members across 3 departments
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with hands on assembly by using hand and measuring tools
• Assist with running a router and aluminum press brake
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Train new team members and support ongoing development

What were looking for:

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience
• Prior leadership or team lead experience
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual preferred with strong communication skills
