Job Overview:

The 21st Century Community Learning Center (21CCLC) Program Specialist provides statewide leadership administrative oversight and fiscal management for Montanas out of school time programs. This role ensures alignment with state and federal standards while driving innovative community-partnered educational strategies.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Behaviors):

• Knowledge of research to find science-based effective practices and service delivery models

• Ability to implement and evaluate innovative health education strategies or innovative program service delivery models on a statewide basis; revamp or revise researched models to fit Montana specific sub-populations
