JOB SUMMARYHealthRIGHT 360 a nonprofit organization and a family of programs is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations. Our mission is to tackle systemic barriers to healthcare and promote health equity for all. We offer a wide range of services including mental health care residential and outpatient substance use treatment and primary health services. Additionally we provide transitional support for individuals re-entering the community after involvement in the criminal justice system. By integrating physical and behavioral health we empower individuals to overcome challenges by addressing social determinants of health fostering resilience and facilitating Residential Step Down (MRSD) is a program of HealthRIGHT 360 located at Alamo Square neighborhood in San Francisco. It is a 64-bed male transitional housing for individuals that have completed at a minimum of 30 days residential substance use disorder treatment. MRSD provides temporary housing to assist our clients in their next stage of sobriety. The Program Manager IV is responsible for the direct management of the Residential Step-Down facility. Through supervision and training the Program Manager IV ensures care and safety is provided with cultural competency and process is functioning efficiently and in compliance with contracts and rules for the RESPONSIBILITIES Program Management Responsibilities:Under supervision of the Program Director the Program Manager of the Residential Step-Down Program plans and administers all aspects of the Residential Step-Down and coordinates various activities within the program. Coordinates with the intake/referral department to ensure smooth and effective admission processes for new clients and high utilization of the facility is in accordance with goals of contract. Provides direct services such as intake assessment crisis interventions & case management as ultimate responsibility for retention and completion of all clients. Supervisory Responsibilities:Provides immediate supervision and guidance to the staff of the for recruitment hiring direct supervision and on-going training of all program staff and student staff is familiar with program policies procedures and staff coverage reviews and responds to vacation requests and coordinates program services. Facility Management Responsibilities:Responsible for all operational functions of Residential Step-Down Program including but not limited to maintenance program supplies meals & medical needs of for safety and security of the and Compliance:In accordance with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements ensures that staff maintains accurate documentation on all clients.
