The U.S. Summer Internship Program provides an immersive introduction to the commercial real estate industry and an opportunity to build the foundational skills needed for a career in the field. The program combines hands-on experience with comprehensive on-the-job training led by experienced real estate professionals covering real estate fundamentals financial principles and financial modeling using Excel and Argus Enterprise. The internship is designed to provide meaningful exposure to the business while preparing Summer Interns for potential full-time opportunities with Eastdil Secured Savills following graduation.

We are seeking Summer Interns in the following Eastdil Secured Savills office locations: Atlanta Boston Charlotte Chicago Dallas Miami New York San Francisco Santa Monica and Washington D.C.


The 2027 U.S. Summer Internship Program begins on Monday June 14th 2027 and concludes on Friday August 6th 2027.


Essential Functions

  • Participate in comprehensive training covering commercial real estate fundamentals financial analysis Excel and Argus Enterprise
  • Complete financial modeling underwriting and practical exercises across a variety of property types and transaction disciplines
  • Analyze property-level financial information including rent rolls operating statements cash flows comparable properties and other relevant data
  • Conduct company property and market research to support transaction-related assignments and presentations
  • Participate in case studies and practical exercises designed to develop analytical and commercial real estate finance skills
  • Prepare and deliver research presentations and other project-based assignments
  • Collaborate with team members on a capstone project that applies skills and concepts developed throughout the internship
  • Participate in training sessions Q&A discussions and other professional development opportunities

Education and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree with an anticipated graduation date during the 2027-2028 academic year
  • Professional experience through internships part-time or full-time work and/or extra-curricular activities
