The FidYOU Program is an early career program experience crafted to prepare individuals for a career in operations. Participants are placed in a full-time position and assimilate into their business team on day 1. The FidYOU program kicks off in week 2 with a week long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake Texas.
Upon completion of the robust 2 week on-boarding experience participants begin training for their full-time role and come together monthly with their cohort for business unit networking and learning sessions focused on building skills and capabilities. As of week 3 you will be training in your business unit role while attending monthly development for the first two years.
FidYOU is crafted to support recent graduates in their assimilation to our culture and provides numerous opportunities throughout the 18 month experience for networking relationship building and accelerated learning. The program meets the learner where they are and provides experiences for associates to learn and apply their newly developed skills in a safe cohort environment. The program experience provides associates with the tools and resources needed to build a robust career in operations.

Program Highlights
The following business areas participate in the program. You will be hired into your full-time role on day 1 and participate in FidYOUs 2 week onboarding. Post onboarding the cohort will come together for 4 hours monthly for 18 months providing ongoing opportunities to accelerate your skill development and expand your network across our operations community - all in support of helping you build a career in operations.
Brokerage Operations (Covington KY and Westlake TX) strives to provides outstandingoperationalservice to Fidelity clients through the accurate and efficient processingof a variety of client requestssuch as:establishing and updating brokerage accounts and all related features initiating transfers of assets into the firm and supporting transactions in managed-account products.
Client Experience (CE) (Smithfield RI Westlake TX): Provides world class service and operational support to Custody and Clearing clients including addressing inquiries such as : Transfer of Assets New Accounts and Money Movement through various interaction channels . The Client Experience organization is committed to delivering innovative client experience solutions across our platforms delivering high quality products and services
Operations and Services Group (OSG) (Covington KY Jersey City NJ Westlake TX): provides back-office support functions for a registered broker dealer that provides systems support operational services information management and financial products to retail and institutional customers worldwide. This includes responding to inbound calls performing trade execution and acting as a client advocate throughout the Fidelity organization.

The base salary range for this position is $44000-$87000 per year.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
