The Trailblazer Internship Program is a twelve-week summer internship created by Flexware Innovation based in Fishers and Valparaiso IN. This program includes real-world projects with Flexware clients and an opportunity to solve technical problems. During the program students can expect professional development training building a peer network with other talented students and mentoring by Flexware engineers.

We encourage all undergraduate students that meet the following requirements to submit an application to the Trailblazer program:

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Computer Information Technology Electrical Engineering Technology Automated Systems and Integration Engineering Technology Computer Engineering Technology Mechatronics Engineering Technology or another technical concentration

• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher

• Strong interest in careers within manufacturing and technology(previous internship experience highly preferred)

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
