• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite Proficiency required. Familiarity with Taleo or similar ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities for assigned entry-level and moderately complex requisitions in support of business hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand position requirements qualifications and talent needs for assigned openings.
• Review candidate applications and evaluate qualifications against established job requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess skills experience and overall alignment with position requirements.
• Exercise judgment in recommending candidates for advancement through the selection process based on established hiring criteria.
• Execute sourcing strategies using recruiting tools professional networks referrals and other talent acquisition resources to develop candidate pipelines.
• Present candidate recommendations and recruiting updates to hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members.
• Support offer development and hiring decisions by providing candidate insights recruiting recommendations and market information.
• Monitor recruiting progress identify hiring challenges and recommend solutions to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with Human Resources hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition team members to support workforce planning talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
