What You will Do:

• Performs analysisarchitectureand design at all levels of the total system product including concept design fabrication modeling test installation operationmaintenanceand disposal.

• Performs functional analysis trade studies requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Provides analysis for the decomposition of customer specifications and system level requirements into sub-system and piece partrequirements anddevelops verification criteria and plans for the requirements.

• Researches and evaluates investments or changes in technology resources procedures equipment systems or other assets to improve the quality of the organizations systems products and services.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must be pursuing a bachelors degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies as well as the scrum master and product owner roles.

• Experience with the execution of integrationverificationand validation phases of a product.

• Experience with tools such as MATLAB C and Python.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process candidates may be asked to attendselect steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site hybrid or remote.

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
