We are seeking ambitious high-performing College students with a strong interest in pursuing a career in financial services to join the WSFS Bank 2027 Summer Internship Program- Wealth. This paid 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work one-on-one mentorship executive exposure professional development opportunities volunteer initiatives networking events and collaboration with fellow interns.

Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside industry professionals and contributing to real business initiatives across a variety of bank departments. Private Banking - With a deep understanding of the complexities of wealth management Private Banking provides comprehensive tailored financial solutions designed to optimize and preserve clients wealth. This area offers a wide range of services including financial planning and advice investment management trust estate and retirement planning tax planning banking services and institutional trust services to individuals families business owners law firms and corporations.

This internship provides exposure to Private Banking operations by supporting Portfolio Administrators with client account servicing activities including account setup money movement and account maintenance. Interns assist with market research marketing initiatives and the creation of reports and projects for senior management while gaining knowledge of Private Bank products services and lending solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency including Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range:

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience job-related skills relevant education geographic location and other specific business and organizational needs.
