2027 Summer Intern Injection Molding Engineer

Job Summary
The Injection Engineer Intern will gain exposure to internal operations at Stryten Energy through hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering processing and other areas of the company. This is a full-time 40-hour-per-week learning opportunity running from May 2027 to August 2027 at our Lancaster PA facility. Interns are responsible for their transportation to the plant. For those living more than 50 miles away there may be an option for housing provided by a local university.

Education Experience Certifications:
- Working towards a BS in Engineering with relevant coursework in Engineering/ Plastics Processing/ Manufacturing or a related field.
- Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029
- With a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- You must have transportation.
- The position is required to work onsite daily.
- Possibility of housing provided by the local university.
Competencies Skills Knowledge:
- Prior plastics injection molding experience preferred.
- Familiar with all aspects of the scientific injection molding process.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Word PowerPoint Excel and database software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented thinking with enthusiasm for continuous learning.
Travel other requirements:
- Minimal or no travel.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
