The Opportunity
Our Information Technology Internship Program provides a meaningful professional hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and problem-solving potential. We hire students majoring in Computer Science Information Technology Product Design Business Administration Data Science/Business Analytics and UX/UI Design & Research into our programs based on business needs. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities.
Internships will be located onsite in Madison WI at the Cancer Diagnostics headquarters
Technical Support Analyst
- Incident and Ticket Resolution
- Systems and Application Support
- IT Service Management
- Enterprise Systems Troubleshooting
- End-User Support Operations

Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least one year of college coursework prior to the start of the internship.
- Candidates must be returning to school following the internship assignment.
- Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree
- Technical Support Analyst candidates should be pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or Computer Engineering.
- URx/UI candidates should be pursuing a degree in Product Design Business Administration Data Science/Business Analytics Industrial Design or UX/UI Design & Research.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- Must have a strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
The base pay for this position is
$16.85 $33.75/hourIn specific locations the pay range may vary from the range posted.
