• Software Knowledge: Statistical analysis tools (Excel MiniTab etc.) Microsoft Office Suite
• CAD (NX or SolidWorks)/SAP/MES Team Center and Power BI experience preferred

• Analyze manufacturing systems and processes to drive data-based decision making.
• Utilize cross-functional resources for improvement efforts.
• Use of 1 software environments for data analytics such as performance stability confidence interval determination outcome prediction sample size determination.
• Gather data manually or via implementation of a measuring system such as time studies data mining from systems or through SAP.
• Use lean principles such as waste identification and elimination theory of constraints and 1-piece flow to evaluate opportunities for improvement.
• Develop assigned projects by including measurement system needs resource requirements and expected outcomes.
• Implement business strategic initiatives in a sustainable manner by working with cross functional teams and communicating with key stakeholders.
• Evaluate physical workstations and layouts for ergonomic improvements waste repeatability visual management and operator satisfaction.
• Recommend material storage and presentation methods to the assembly line.
