Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Find and attract top talent both internally and externally.

• Identify and maximize channels of talent that support critical functional areas.

• Research current recruiting trends and provide team recommendations for best practices.

• Represent the company at events such as career fairs information sessions on campus interviewing events and business fairs to schedule and conduct interviews.

Talent Development:

• Administer the companys leadership and talent development programs.

• Assess programs and tools to build capabilities of leaders and employees to achieve business goals.

• Focus on performance management career development talent review leadership development employee training high potential development programs and organizational design.

Employee Relations / Compliance:

• Provide counsel and guidance to employees and leaders related to employee relations issues consistent with policies and practices.

• Complete research and due diligence to mitigate risk.

• Assist and advise management concerning performance improvement and appropriate action.

• Education: Pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources business or another related field required
• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Must be detail-oriented able to multi-task and maintain confidential information
