The Virginia Office of the Attorney General (OAG) ) is now accepting applications to its 2027 Honors Program. Our prestigious Honors Fellow program offers an unparalleled opportunity for third-year law students to make a real difference in the Commonwealth. Upon passing the bar youll be automatically promoted to Assistant Attorney General with a salary increase providing a clear path to advancement in your legal career.

Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for the Honors Fellowship applicants must:
Be graduating from an accredited law school
Demonstrate outstanding academic achievement
Plan to take the July 2027 Virginia Bar Exam
Additional Considerations
Successful applicants are initially hired as Honors Fellows earning a competitive salary of $70000.
The start date will be Wednesday August 25 2027.
