Projects and responsibilities may include:

Reviewing and auditing client policies

Preparing and contributing to client presentations and communications

Learning and applying real-world risk management techniques

Assisting with client lifecycle processes from onboarding to renewals

Maintaining client records and supporting day-to-day team operations

Real-World Experience: Work on projects that matter not busywork

Mentorship: One-on-one guidance from a dedicated mentor

Career Exploration: Shadow a variety of roles to gain exposure across the organization

Professional Development: Build your skills in communication problem-solving and client service

Client Insight: Attend client meetings and see firsthand how we partner with our clients

We want students who are curious motivated and eager to learn. The ideal candidate:

Is working word a bachelors degree is Business Insurance & Risk Management or a related field

Has completed their Junior year by summer 2027

Brings strong communication skills and attention to detail

Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment

Is a self-starter who enjoys taking on new challenges

GPA 3.0 or higher preferred
