Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more opportunities in our Global Support Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Technology Procurement Co-op will support strategic sourcing supplier management contract analysis and technology investment initiatives across a global enterprise environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to technology procurement vendor negotiations digital transformation programs and cross-functional collaboration with IT Finance Legal Security and business stakeholders.

The co-op will gain practical experience in managing supplier relationships analyzing spend data supporting sourcing events and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Support technology sourcing and procurement initiatives across software cloud infrastructure cybersecurity and professional services categories.

• Assist with supplier and contract analysis including pricing comparisons market research and benchmarking.

• Analyze spending data to identify savings opportunities supplier consolidation potential and process improvements.

• Prepare reports presentations and executive summaries for procurement leadership.

• Participate in supplier meetings and support stakeholder engagement activities.

• Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and digital capability projects.

• Support contract lifecycle and procurement workflow management activities.

• Research emerging technology market trends and supplier innovations.

Required Education and Skills:

• Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in business Supply Chain Management Finance Information Systems Engineering Data Analytics or any related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Teams.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred

• Interest in procurement sourcing supplier management or technology.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel analytics.

• Coursework in business analytics supply chain finance or technology management.

Salary range:
