Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more opportunities in our Research Labs Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The Standards & Training Intern may provide support to Global Clinical Trials Operations (GCTO) functions and where appropriate other areas of Global Clinical Development (GCD) in any of the following areas:

  • Supports the development and routine updates of process documentation.

  • Supports the development of training materials aligned with our Research and Development Division L&D (Our companys Research Laboratories Learning and Development) activities.

  • Supports the delivery of live virtual or recorded training sessions.

  • Supports the development and calculation of process metrics.

  • Provides support to cross-functional teams established to improve business process.

  • Supports functional or cross-functional networks of process owners/subject matter experts.

  • Supports development of communications content (email web live presentation) to support business process and training activities.

  • Supports development of mailboxes surveys or other means of collecting feedback and identifying process and training needs.

Required Education:

  • Completion of at least 1 year of study toward a BS/BA in health-related life science or analytical related field.
