How it Works:
As an applicant youll join the Credit track which isdesigned to builda pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who do just thatwho get up to speed quickly instinctively connect the dots from diverse experiences and broad exposure across the Truist Wholesale organization andsubsequentlydrive collaboration and integrated thinking on their track includes rotational opportunities in the Commercial & Middle Market Banking Specialized Industries (non-licensed) and Wholesale Payments.
Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions that help businesses grow operate efficiently and achieve their the credit track analysts will gain a foundational understanding of credit work directly with business clients develop strong analytical and relationship-management skills and gain exposure to the industries products and solutions that power commercial banking.

Great Expectations:
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this jobandwhat you can expectas a participant. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned activities may change from time to time.
Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program into appropriate center assignment.
Complete anyadditionaltraining as recommended by the manager either during or after the program.
Participate in business rotations working on projects and other business-as-usual activities that allows for the practical application of concepts and behaviors referenced in training anddemonstrateresults in line with rotational managers expectations.
Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program as may be assigned.

Bachelors Degree or Masters degree required with a graduation date of May2026 - June 2027
3.0 GPA preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong initiativeand personal accountability
Demonstrated leadership through on campusand/or communityinvolvement and/or work experience
Enthusiasm for a career in financial services
General knowledge of the financial services industry
Willingness to travel
Ability to relocatefor the program and locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion. Individuals hired into the Credit track will be located in Atlanta GA or Charlotte NC.
