Job Summary

At Regeneron we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops to join our Regeneron Cell Medicines (RCM) team Regenerons cell therapy unit developing next-generation T-cell therapies for cancer.


These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.


When & where:

Location: Cambridge MA / Seattle WA

Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer) May/June-December (Summer-Fall) and August-December (Fall).

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.


What youll do:

  • Support in vitro safety and efficacy testing of cell therapy candidates
  • Develop tumor antigen expression and flow cytometry methods
  • Contribute to viral-vector production and process development for cell engineering
  • Support high-throughput protein production activities
  • Contribute to analytical method development supporting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) manufacturing
  • Support digital-transformation initiatives for manufacturing operations
  • Document experimental procedures and results
  • Collaborate with scientists across the cell therapy team

  • Must be enrolled in or accepted to an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
  • Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August May/June-December or August-December
  • Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities clubs sports current or previous work or within the community preferred
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
