**TIA Experience Required**
Third Future Schools is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented TIA Data Coordinator to support our growing network of schools across Texas Colorado and Louisiana.
This role will primarily support all aspects of the Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) process including data submissions annual program submissions system maintenance and new system addition this position will support broader data operations and systems work across the organization including dashboards reporting Airtable systems Google Sheets workflows and internal process management.
We are looking for someone who thrives in systems-based work enjoys solving operational problems communicates well across teams and can manage complex deadlines independently in a fully remote environment.
- Manage and support all annual TIA processes and timelines
- Assist with TIA data submissions and validation
- Support annual program submissions and system maintenance
- Assist with development and submission of new local designation system applications
- Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records
- Collaborate with campus leaders district partners and network staff regarding TIA requirements and timelines
- Review and validate student growth observation and designation data
- Help monitor compliance with TEA TIA requirements and evolving guidance
- Support stakeholder communication and reporting related to TIA
- Build and maintain dashboards trackers and operational systems
- Support data collection workflows using Airtable Google Sheets Google Forms and related platforms
- Assist with reporting data cleaning and file management
- Help automate repetitive workflows and improve organizational systems
- Create polished visual reports and presentations using Canva and Google Workspace tools
- Provide operational and technical support for internal data systems and processes
- Prior experience working with Texas Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) systems and submissions
- Experience working in K12 education charter schools or district data systems
- Strong proficiency with:
- Google Sheets
- Airtable
- Canva
- Google Workspace
- Comfortable learning new software platforms quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects independently
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with data validation reporting or operational systems preferred
- Familiarity with student assessment data teacher evaluations or educator effectiveness systems is a plus
- Fully remote position
