Unify the Support Network: Serve as the vital link connecting general education teachers therapists and families into a single cohesive team rallying behind each child.
Cultivate Belonging: Build an inclusive high-energy environment where social behavioral and academic milestones are achieved hand-in-hand.
Requirements
The Credentials: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
The License: A current Michigan teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement (or the immediate eligibility to secure one before the school year kicks off).
The Instinct: An innate ability to read a room adapt on the fly and keep learning structured yet deeply engaging.
The Experience: While any background in resource rooms inclusive settings or self-contained classrooms is highly valued your adaptability and passion are what matter most.
