The 1st Shift Production Supervisor position supports and supervises assigned activities as they relate to the production employees in our Camden NJ facility. The anticipated annual salary range starts at $48200-$72000 and is commensurate with addition HCSC offer the following to all full-time employees:

What you will be doing:

• Oversees departments to survey work process employees & equipment operation ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Will be cross trained in all departments.
• Enters employee payroll information and some production scores via computer
• Communicates production issues to management
• Supervises orients & trains employees

What you will bring to the role:

• A minimum of a High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal written and listening) organizational and time management skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
• A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.

Additional information:

This position reports directly to the Production Manager and will be based out of the Camden NJ. location.

This is a 1st Shift position. Regular hours will be 7am - 3:30 pm but could start 1 hour early/later with additional hours and weekends as needed.

Need to arrive 30 minutes before scheduled production shift begins.

Flexibility to shift hours due to production needs is required.
