CNC Press Operator Opportunities in the Chesterfield Michigan Area!

Afternoon / Night Shift 4pm to 3am - Direct Hire

A precision manufacturing company in Chesterfield Michigan is currently seeking several CNC Press Operators for afternoon shift opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for CNC Press Operators looking to join a company specializing in prototype and low-volume production of precision metal components for the automotive aerospace defense and appliance industries. CNC Press Operator hourly rates are anticipated to start between $28 to $34 an hour based on each candidates experience and education. We will consider paying more for candidates with the right skills and experience. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates for hours worked over 40 per week. We offer excellent benefits including great medical dental 401(k) and more.

Qualified CNC Press Operators will have most if not all of the following skills and experience:

• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment to form and bend precision metal components for prototype and low-volume production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings bend specifications and dimensional tolerances.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC press brake machines selecting appropriate tooling and adjusting machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Ability to inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication processes machine safety procedures and quality standards. Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components is a plus.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).

• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background checks and drug screening checks as applicable.
