- Full-Time & Part-Time options available
- Flexible scheduling in some locations
- Locations: Chaska Cologne Bloomington

What Youll Do
As a 1:1 DSP youll support one individual in their daily lifeat home and in the community. Your support is personalized meaningful and impactful.
You may:
- Provide person-centered support (ADLs skill-building behavioral supports)
- Support community involvement and social connections
- Assist with errands shopping and appointments
- Help maintain a safe clean and welcoming home
- Support budgeting organization and daily routines
- Provide transportation to activities and appointments
- Offer guidance problem-solving and advocacy
- Document daily activities and care
What Were Looking For:
- Compassion reliability and a willingness to learn
- At least 18 years old
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
