What Youll Be Doing

• Safely operate front-end loaders to move load and stockpile aggregate materials
• Load customer trucks accurately and efficiently to meet production and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational reliability
• Maintain clean and organized work areas including haul roads and stockpile zones
• Collaborate with plant and production teams to support continuous and efficient operations

What Are We Looking For

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar industrial environment
• Strong attention to safety detail and adherence to established procedures
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify basic equipment issues
• Dependability and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
