About this role:

Matters Graph is seeking experienced strategy consulting professionals with demonstratedworkstream leadership and project management experience.We are looking for individuals who value substance over scale and thrive in a collaborative high-trust and intellectually rigorous environment. At Matters Graph you will have direct exposure toclients and executive leadership and play a key role in operational and firm-building initiatives.

Our Senior Manager and Principal levelsplay a critical role in leading client engagements frominceptionthrough delivery cultivating client relationships and leading new business development initiatives.
You willbe responsible formanaging project teams ensuring the quality and rigor offinal outputs and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You will work closely withPartners and Senior Leadershipto shape engagementstrategy drive successful outcomes and contribute to firm building initiatives.

In addition you will serve as a leader coach and mentor to early career consultants helping to develop the next generation of talent while continuing to expand your own leadership client management and business development capabilities.

At Matters Graph you will:

• Lead multiple client engagements frominceptionthrough delivery ensuring exceptional quality actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders building long-term relationships andidentifyingopportunities to deepen partnerships

• Drive business development by cultivating new client relationships contributing to proposal development and generating new opportunities aligned with the firms growth strategy

• Provide strategic oversight across project teams ensuring rigorous problem solving high-quality analysis and impactful client deliverables

• Translate complex client challenges into structured hypotheses analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations

• Guide investigative research efforts ensuring comprehensive data collection and the highest standards of analytical rigor

• Collaborate with Partners colleagues and external subject matter experts to develop innovative commercialdiligence and valuegenerationstrategies

• Coach mentor and develop consultants and project managers fostering a culture of continuous learning high performance and professional growth

• Contribute to the development of the firms intellectual capital methodologies and sectorexpertisewhile helping shape the future direction of the practice

• Champion Matters Graphs culture and values by leading with integrity collaboration intellectual curiosity and a commitment to excellence

What Were Looking For:

• 7 years ofexperience withinaleading strategy consulting firm boutique consultancyprivate equity fundorsimilaradvisoryenvironment

• Demonstrated success leading complex commercial diligenceandgrowth strategy or value creation engagements for private equity and corporate clients.

• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent engagements while leading and developing high-performing consulting teams.

• Exceptional client management skills witha track recordof building trusted advisor relationships leading executive-level discussions and delivering impactful recommendations.

• Experience supporting business development through proposal development client relationship managementidentifyingnew opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

• Strong commercial acumen outstanding intellectual curiosity and exceptional qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.

• Experience mentoring coaching and developing consultants while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping build and grow a rapidly expanding consulting firm.

• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive audiences.

Whatwe offer:

Senior Managers and Principalsearn acompetitive base salary andareeligible for performance-based discretionary bonuses tied to both individual and firm performance.The base salary for thesepositionsrangesfrom$242000to $270000 per year.

Eligible team members may also participatein profit-sharing and equity programsprovidingthe opportunity to share in the firms long-term success.
