Assists and supports the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation.

Performs tasks such as but not limited to the following:

• Assists and supports in-process and product first layer assessment.
• Performs the activities identified related to the Key process and product characteristics.
• Supports the identification and processing of internal non-conforming materials for proper disposition.
• Ensures that the implemented changes and corrective action to rectify non-conformance issues are respected in the manufacturing line.
• Assists and supports Support First Article Assessment activities.
• Supports internal industry and customer audits as required.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality
• Processes.
• Supports the RMA quality related activities.

• Ability to exercise good judgment in providing quality guidance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal customers.
• Understanding of quality and manufacturing standards.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and the ability to perform tasks using Microsoft Word Excel.
• Knowledge of shop floor control and quality management documentation systems such as Spectrum Pro EtQ.
• Skills for evaluating diagnosing and solving problems encountered in the manufacturing.
• Well organized.
