Job Summary
- Investigate and resolve client escalations beyond first-line support capabilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements from requirements gathering to implementation and stakeholder feedback
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices supporting reporting integrations and core product workflows
- Work within a mature codebase refactoring and improving existing components to enhance scalability maintainability and performance
- Act as R&D Owner for roadmap initiatives leading grooming requirements definition implementation and review
- Participate in code reviews share knowledge and promote engineering best practices across the team
Qualifications :
- 5 years of commercial software engineering experience with JavaScript TypeScript React and Go
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB)
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS and/or GCP including deployment and infrastructure management
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex initiatives
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear technical solutions
- Proactive mindset for identifying and implementing product/process improvements
- Advanced written and spoken English
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with cybersecurity fraud prevention detection or other security-focused products
- Experience with large-scale high-traffic or performance-sensitive systems
