Job Summary
- Learn and understand the product codebase assisting middle and senior engineers with lower-complexity tasks
- Troubleshoot escalated customer support issues beyond first-line capabilities
- Contribute to technical excellence by writing tests addressing technical debt and improving code quality
- Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices for reporting integrations and core workflows
- Participate in engineering routines such as grooming task breakdown estimation and technical improvements
- Document work clearly to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
Qualifications :
- 1 year of commercial software engineering experience in a production environment
- Strong JavaScript fundamentals with practical experience in or Go
- Familiarity with cloud environments containers CI/CD pipelines observability and production debugging
- Motivation to learn quickly accept feedback and grow in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of software development best practices including testing and maintainable implementation
- Collaborative mindset with open communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate English for daily collaboration
