Job Summary
- Plan project activities estimates milestones and dependencies
- Track scope schedule budget risks and delivery progress
- Clarify and document business and technical requirements
- Coordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers
- Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations
- Support the team and maintain a productive human-oriented working environment
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Support resource planning assignments and team development
- Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development
- Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain
- Understanding of modern software development and AI practices
- Solid knowledge of project planning estimation risk management budgeting and delivery control
- Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers
- Strong organisation prioritisation and problem-solving skills
- Human-oriented approach to team and people management
- Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes
- Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a multinational environment
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
