Fintech & Automation Analyst

This role will focus on connecting core business platforms - including Deltek Costpoint Salesforce Microsoft 365/SharePoint and other program and operational systems - while developing automation that reduces manual work improves data quality and enables better organizational reporting and decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical problem-solving skills with an understanding of financial and business processes. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move beyond traditional system administration to design integrations automate workflows work with APIs and data and help CRDF build a more connected enterprise technology environment.

This position is based in CRDF Globals office in Kyiv Ukraine.

• Design develop and support integrations between Deltek Costpoint and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce Microsoft 365 SharePoint Smartsheet and other business applications.
• Work with APIs web services data connectors ETL/ELT tools and integration platforms to securely exchange data between systems.
• Help establish common data structures identifiers and integration patterns across financial program CRM and operational systems.
• Troubleshoot integration synchronization and data-quality issues.

• Identify manual repetitive or inefficient business processes that can be automated.
• Develop automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate Power Platform Azure services scripting APIs or similar technologies.
• Automate financial and operational processes including approvals reporting data reconciliation notifications and system updates.
• Work with business teams to redesign processes rather than simply automate existing manual steps.

• Support the integration and modernization of Deltek Costpoint and associated financial processes.
• Develop data extracts transformations queries and automated reporting capabilities.
• Help improve the accessibility and reliability of financial and operational data for dashboards and enterprise reporting.
• Partner with Finance Programs Contracts Operations and Technology teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support CRDFs evolving enterprise data architecture by helping connect information across otherwise siloed systems.
• Assist in developing common program project contract and financial identifiers across enterprise platforms.
• Enable downstream analytics dashboards and future AI capabilities by improving data integration structure and quality.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations automated workflows data mappings and system interfaces.

• Proactively identify opportunities to eliminate spreadsheets duplicate data entry manual reconciliation and fragmented workflows.
• Evaluate new automation integration and AI-enabled technologies that can improve organizational efficiency.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept quickly and help transition successful solutions into production.
• Promote reusable integration and automation patterns across the organization.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Finance Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional IT or business systems experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications financial systems or business platforms.
• Hands-on experience developing automated workflows or system integrations.
• Experience working with APIs REST services JSON SQL data transformations or similar integration technologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a global organization.

• Experience with Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure integration or data services.
• Experience with SharePoint Microsoft 365 Smartsheet or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Python PowerShell JavaScript SQL or another scripting/programming language.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT middleware integration-platform-as-a-service technologies or modern data platforms.
• Exposure to AI-enabled automation Microsoft Copilot Azure AI or similar technologies.
