• Own the business end to end: strategy product direction go-to-market team and results
• Turn existing traction into repeatable scalable growth on new markets & clients
• Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
• Leverage Sigma Software Groups ecosystem to the fullest technical teams product/design security/DevOps legal finance partners and client network
• Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
