Position Overview

As a Bank Staff General Assistant youll play a key role in helping the centre run smoothly. This flexible casual role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to different tasks including café operations customer service and party hosting.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Assistant youll help create a fantastic experience for every family who visits Ocean Adventurers by:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing excellent customer service.

• Assisting with café operations including food preparation coffee making serving customers and operating the till.

• Serving food and drinks efficiently and with a positive attitude.

• Hosting childrens parties and helping to ensure special celebrations run smoothly.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the play centre and café.

• Tidying play areas resetting tables and supporting the overall presentation of the venue.

• Assisting children and families where needed to enhance their visit.

• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What Were Looking For

• Friendly confident and approachable with excellent communication skills.

• Flexible and available to work shifts as required including weekdays weekends school holidays and occasional evenings.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Reliable enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience in leisure / hospitality environment is welcomed
