Job Summary
Receptionist / Welcome Host for a multi occupied office building in Central London managing visitor bookings liaising with the Client to report maintenance issues welcoming guests and visitors. Implementing concierge services and creating a lasting impression for all visitors to the building as part of a team of three you will be the face of the building. Ensuring that a welcoming atmosphere is maintained through your interpersonal skills.
Salary: 30600
Hours: 7:30 am 18:30 pm
Qualifications :
Knowledge or previous experience of receptionist / Front of House role would be ideal. Good customer service background (hotels or the like) high organisational skills and attention to detail. Experience with working in a small team.
