Location: Derby 

Working Hours: 19.00 04.00 working any 5 from 7 days 

Salary up to 31476 per annum (dependent on experience) night shift premium

A satisfying role 

As a Warehouse Team Leader youll be at the heart of our operation keeping the warehouse running smoothly safely and efficiently every day.  

Youll lead and motivate the team organise workloads solve problems and make sure we deliver against our targets. Working closely with the Warehouse supervisor & manager youll play a key role in developing the teams skills building a positive working environment and driving high standards across the warehouse. 

If youre organised people-focused and enjoy making things happen this could be the challenge for you! 

What you bring to the mix 

Are you a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a positive can-do attitude Were looking for someone who can lead from the front and bring out the best in others. 

• A positive self-motivated attitude and hands on approach.  

• Strong communications skills and confidence to communicate professionally at all levels. 

• Great problem-solving skills with the confidence to identify issues and act.  

• The ability to motivate and support your team creating a positive and productive working environment. 

• Ideally experience in a similar team leader role or within a warehouse environment would be an advantage. 

• Ability to motivate team members and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
