Warehouse Site Manager

Full site management. Scheduling of goods receipts volumes to be processed

Financially skilled in Budgetary & P&L responsibility for the site. Building a strong efficient and experienced FTE team.

Working with key resource suppliers to dynamically flex the team in line with the demands of the business and the seasonal volumes.

Driving operational excellence and continuous improvements to support the evolving business.

Sourcing and managing consumable providers continuous negotiation on costs.

Setting SLAs and tracking KPIs.

Working with the Merchandise Planning team on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities.

Demonstrated experience (5 years) in warehouse distribution or supply chain management including full site P&L responsibility.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit develop and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting cost control and vendor negotiations.

Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) logistics software and best practices.

Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods.

Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills. Fluent in English.
