Warehouse Operative

Vertiv are looking for Warehouse Operativesto join our team in Campsie Derry/Londonderry. There are both day and night shift available - please state your preference upon applying.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive and issue materials equipment and other items in line with operational requirements.
• Accurately record inventory transactions using manual and digital systems.
• Organise and prepare all the necessary materials and equipment required for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Monitor inventory movement and identify discrepancies through regular cycle counts and stock verification.
• Ensure all store materials are correctly identified labelled and stored in their designated locations.
• Manage outbound shipments including documentation and coordination of pick-up with service providers.
• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels for critical components to avoid production delays.
• Organize and hand out all tooling equipment for production floor ensuring all information is captured before signing out.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in warehouse material handling or inventory control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• A clear disciplinary record.

Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of stock and logistics processes.Forklift qualification
