• Be the first point of contact greeting visitors with warmth and respect.
• Support our criminal justice team in delivering harm reduction interventions around drug and alcohol use
• Delivering Needle and syringe exchange
• Provide non-judgmental advice on safer drug & alcohol use including injecting overdose prevention and emergency response.
• Providing Naloxone and safe storage boxes to our service users
• Completing BBV testing
• Supporting our service users in attending DRR & ATR appointments
• Multi agency working
• Supporting the team in case management recording notes on our case management system
• Supporting our service users in meeting their support plans working towards their future goals and aspirations
