Vending Assistant

The Vending Assistant will be supporting and monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the floors.

Job Type: Full Time 40 hours contract

Salary: 14.80 hourly 

Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Daily replenishment of coffee stations including coffee tea milk sugar cups stirrers and related supplies.
• Refill and maintain soft drink fridges ensuring stock is rotated in date clean and well-presented.
• Monitor and replenish vending machines; track stock levels and notify the Manager when reordering is required.
• Maintain accurate inventory records conduct weekly/monthly stock takes check expiry dates and distribute daily stock.
• Ensure kitchens fridges and vending machines are clean stocked and operational.
• Carry out weekly deep cleaning of all kitchen areas and vending equipment including washing machine filters and trays.
• Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to the Facilities team.
